Champion Athleticwear has been manufacturing athletic apparel since 1919. They are responsible for some of the biggest innovations in the industry including the hoodie, mesh shorts, and the sports bra.
I was contracted to produce a series of videos for Champion Canada’s newly launched Facebook Page. The videos feature active women talking about how they got involved in their sport. A series of videos like this is great content for a Facebook Page, not only is it a good way to communicate with your fans, but it’s perfect for starting conversations.
One of the things that Champion did really right in my opinion is they uploaded the videos on YouTube and then embedded them on Facebook. This is great because YouTube videos open up directly on the Facebook Wall and you have the ability to track the views using YouTube’s analytics.
